This group is supported to learn how to prepare and cook food from the basic ingredients, through to a fully-prepared meal. The scope of the group is from a basic skill level up to the preparation of meals from across the globe.
Service Users learn the importance of kitchen hygiene, the correct preparation of food before cooking, cooking times, and the correct oven temperatures.
The group will explore recipes from Italy, Mexico, France and India. The importance of healthy eating is integral to the group.
